Crystal Art and Colour Crystal Lacquer!
3D
Crystal Art is an easy and exciting way to enhance
and beautify any image - a card, a picture, a photograph
etc. and it gives new possibilities in decoupage and
rubber stamping, as well as other crafts - eg. egg
decoration!
The special water-based lacquer is applied to a particular area, using
the bottle and applicator tip, and allowed to dry for about 20 minutes.
A crystal-like raised coating results and it is then possible to add
additional layers as required, until a truly three dimensional finish
is achieved.
(1)
Outline the image with a fine line of lacquer
(2)
Fill in the outline and leave to dry for 15-20 minutes
(3)
Raise the image by adding extra layers

Crystal Art is available in a 2oz Starter Kit (with
instructions) and a 4oz Refill Bottle. The nozzles
are also available separately. A range of pictures
(Crystal Art Images), ready mounted on art board, can
be obtained from CelCrafts - just add crystal art lacquer
and put straight into a frame for the perfect gift!

Crystal
Art Lacquer is now available in colours! If you have
used the clear water-based lacquer for enhancing artwork
and creating 3D pictures from Crystal Art Images and
cards, you will love the extra scope of colour.
Colour
Crystal Lacquer is available in two starter sets :
SET A : PRIMARY
Blue, Violet, Green, Red, Dark Brown, Yellow
SET B : PASTEL
Sky Blue, Yellow Green, Purple, Peach, Pink, Orange
The lacquers are available in 16 different colours, with 12 colours included
in Sets A & B, as detailed above. The additional 4 colours (Black,
White, Brown and Maroon) can be obtained in 1.4oz bottles from CelCrafts.
NB.
Resulting from customer requests, Yellow and Red can
also be obtained in 1.4oz bottles!
When using the colour lacquers, take a suitable rubber stamp image, for
example, and outline and fill in as described above - take care not to
work on areas which touch or overlap, so that the colours do not merge
together. You can bring rubber stamp impressions to life or add a coloured
crystal effect in egg decorating. There's no limit to the many exciting
craft possibilities! The black and the opaque white lacquers give some
very interesting "enamel" effects when swirled with other colours,
for example. |
