An easy and effective way to highlight - build up layers of clear water-based lacquer on cards, pictures, stamping Applications in 3D decoupage and eggcraft!
There is a 2oz Starter Kit with water-based lacquer, nozzles and instructions. Also a Refill pack, with 4oz lacquer.

Colour Crystal Lacquer is an exciting development for cards, scrapbooks and adding colour to stamping and eggcraft! Five colour sets (Primary, Pastel, Metallic/Pearl, Essential and Country), as well as a range of individual colours available. You can create "enamel" effects when used with white and black!
